It's mad that as edition 007 hits your inbox there are over 1,000 of you signed up, a milestone I wasn't expecting to hit for some time. So firstly, thank you.

Record of the Week — Lemtom, Charlie Shell - Pull Over

Lemtom came onto my radar in 2025 and hasn't put a foot wrong since. His EP on ATW is a must-listen as the man has a serious gift for a catchy vocal sample and Pull Over is no different. Tight bassline, addictive vocals, the kind of record that sounds better every time it comes back round. Spin it loud.

We've got some selections this week that will properly test your subs. Thornz - Mellow is deceptively named, this thing hits hard. On the flip side, Jaynie - Vorticism is the polar opposite: slow, heavy, hypnotic. I'm calling it Lo-Fi 140 and I'm sticking with it.

For those of you who missed it (where were you?) man of the moment MPH has dropped a free download of his edit of Chemical Brothers' Swoon. It's already on the USB.

Finally, I want to put you on to a lad named Capps. He's been dropping weekly and it’s proper UKG. Daylight Robbery is funky and upbeat.

Crunchy, uncompromising and a lot darker than you might expect from a Mixmag session. The Basement Jaxx remix alone is worth the runtime.
